I sincerely understand how difficult it can be when choosing a personal trainer that is right for you. There are a lot of blanks to fill in at the start. The first step in the process should consist of building a strong relationship between you, the client, and the personal trainer. Without trust and rapport it is impossible to achieve a positive and rewarding experience. I think we can all safely agree that exercise is important for individuals at all levels in order to promote optimal health and well being. We all have different goals and the path to achieving them may not always be clear. With that being said, I offer my experience and expertise as a service to you and pledge to help guide you in the direction of achieving anything you set your mind to. Small Group Personal Training

If you are an individual that is more comfortable training alongside others in a group fitness class, this may be a good option for you. Our group meets twice weekly at the gym for one hour. If you are interested in group fitness classes or need more information, give us a call at 859-985-2584
